  • legitimate interest of the administrator in processing client reservations, in informing them, including sending marketing messages, in ascertaining the quality of the goods and services offered

 

The provision of personal data is a contractual requirement in order to fulfill the purposes of the administrator's legitimate interest.

 

The provision of personal data is mandatory for processing orders, for marketing purposes and general information.

 

YOUR RIGHTS:

  • you have the right to obtain access to your personal data, i.e. to obtain confirmation as to whether or not your personal data is being processed; if so, you have the right to access this data and other specific information

  • you have the right to correct your processed personal data if it is inaccurate. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, you can request the completion of incomplete personal data.

  • you have the right to delete personal data in cases provided by law

  • you have the right to limit the processing of personal data in cases provided by law

  • you can obtain your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and you can transfer your personal data to another controller

  • you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe that the personal data administrator is processing your personal data unlawfully or is otherwise violating your rights

 

Personal data can also be verified or obtained from publicly available sources (commercial register, registers connected via the ARES application of the Ministry of Finance).

Personal data is processed in accordance with legal requirements for a period of 10 years from the completion of the last order.

To secure personal data, the administrator has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures and only authorized persons have access to them. After the period of retention of personal data has expired, this data will be deleted.
